Weekly Meetings - Wednesdays 1.00pm to 2.00pm

Meeting of members comprise good food, good company and interesting speakers and are normally held on Wednesday lunchtime each week (except the Wednesday before and the 2 Wednesdays after Christmas or if a Wednesday is a public holiday).

Meetings are held in the Members Dining Room on the 3rd Level of the Western Stands with access via the Southern most lifts.

On occassions when this room is pre-booked we will be meeting in the Pavillion Tent on the western lawns.

Parking is usually made available, courstesy of the Adelaide City Council, in the northern parklands off Pennington Tce through the entry opposite the Cathedral.

Special events may see changes to this arrangement and/or costs being applied.

Meetings commence from 12.30pm for social time and drinks and with lunch from 1.00pm until 2.00pm.  

Visiting Rotarians and guests are more than welcome to attend.

• If bringing a number of guests, members are requested to advise the Secretary of those numbers prior to Noon on the preceeding Monday.
  
• For meetings held at other venues we need to advise the venue of accurate numbers, so for these meetings all members need to advise the office by Noon Monday if attending.
